dauntHow does this work normally? Do they post the list of fics at some random time on the 5th? What timezone do they start posting in?
Just wondering how this works, I want to know what time I should start paying attention for the claims post!
EDIT: OK guys I just got updated on how it works BUT I found an awesome LJ feature.
LJ CAN TEXT YOU WHEN POSTS GO UP ON A COMMUNITY. If you don't have a full paid account you can get EMAILED when a new post goes up! So as long as people can be close to their email accounts they can be notified. :)
